摘要
在自然繁衍的抗白叶枯病普通野生稻中有抗性完全和不完全纯合两种类型.通过花药培养,对H_1代花粉植株进行人工接菌鉴定,证明原抗性不纯的杂合体可变为抗性纯合体.抗性纯合的抗源在水稻育种、生物技术及其理论研究中将有更大的利用价值.
In common wild rice, the resistance to bacterial blight of H1 and H2 Pollen plants induced through anther culture and seed plants was identified by the clipping inoculation. The result showed that there were two types in resistant common wild rice propogated naturely, homozygous completely and imcompletely. The resistant H: pollen identified, however, is complete only. Its were more useful than the doner ones in rice breeding, biotechnology and theoritic study.
