应用 k-ε双方程模型对对冲燃烧炉内的流场进行了数值模拟。计算结果显示 :该种类型锅炉的前后墙对冲燃烧方式有效解决了炉膛出口烟气的温度偏差问题 ,使水平烟道过热器、再热器超温爆管的可能性与四角切圆锅炉相比大大降低 ,并与实验结果吻合。图 5表 1参
In this paper, the flow field in opposed firing boiler is numerically simulated by means of k ε two equations model. The simulation results indicate that the opposed firing way in this kind of boiler solves efficiently the problem of the temperature deviation at the furnace exit, which decreases greatly the possibility of tube rupture of the superheater and reheater in horizontal flueway due to exceedingly high temperature compared with that of the tangentially fired furnace. And the numerical results represent the experimental ones well. Figs 5, table 1 and refs 5.
