摘要
针对炼钢转炉余热锅炉在周期性热负荷 (即冲击热负荷 )条件下运行时 ,水冷壁容易发生爆管事故而设计了一套简单、可靠的试验系统 ,对其在冲击热负荷下垂直自然循环瞬态两相流动特性进行了试验研究 ,在深入分析压力和冲击热负荷对不稳定流动影响的基础上 。
In this paper, experimental simulation and investigation are taken for the periodical unsteady two-phase flow characteristics of vertical natural cycle under impact heat flux. On the basis of thoroughly analyzing the effects (such as pressure, impact heat flux etc.) on the unsteady flow, their properties are obtained and the facts that affect the longevity of boilers are discovered.
