摘要
本文研究了在自然气候条件下进行柑桔茎尖嫁接脱毒技术。结果表明,在播种后6天可开始嫁接,20~30天即可移栽,通过Etrog 香橼Arizona-861-S-1鉴定无裂皮病.脐橙嫁接成活率达88.89%,再嫁接大砧成活率为95%~100%。
A new method of citrus shoot-tip-grafting was tested which does not need the con-trolled conditions in phytotrons and might simplify the procedures of grafting and shortenthenpropagation cycles.Seeds of Poncirus trifoliata were sown in sterilized vermiculitemedia or in test tubes 7 days before grafting and kept in dark under ambient temperature(21~30℃).The leaf primodia 0.2~0.4 mm in length taken from the shoot tips ofWashington navel orange(Citrus sinensis)were grafted by sticking onto the out surface ofthe trifoliate orange seedlings and the grafted plants were transplanted onto the open fieldtwo to three weeks later.The survival rate of the grafted plants was as high as 88.89%,andwhen they were grafted onto a general stock,the survival rate amounted to 95%~100%.E(?)amined by the indexing Plant Etrog Citron Arizona-861-S-1,they were shownto be exocortis-free.
