摘要
本文研究了桔全爪螨种群在7个恒温条件下(12℃~36℃)各个螨态的发育历期及发育速率,并探讨了基于温度的桔全爪螨发育速率的生物物理学模型。模型分析结果表明,桔全爪螨各螨态发育的低温阀限为6.06~11.83℃,高温阈限为24.43~44.86℃。卵、幼螨、第一若螨、第二若螨及若蛹的发育起点温度分别是11℃,5.5℃,6℃,2℃和1.5℃,原蛹、第一蛹和雌成螨的发育起点温度为0℃。极端温度对幼期各活动螨态发育速率的抑制作用比对各静伏螨态发育速率的抑制作用强。
The development duration and rate of Panonychus citri McG.Were investigated at seven constanttemperatures,ranging from 12 to 36℃.On the basis of the data obtained,biophysical models of tem-perature—dependent development rate were established.The results of simulation of the models showedthat the low and high thresholds of temperature for the development of various life stages of P.citri arein the range of 6.05 to 11.83℃ and 24. 43 to 44.86℃,respectively.The development zero of eggs.larvae,protonymphs,deutonymphs and teleiochrysalis were found to be 11,5.5,6,2 and 1.5℃,respectively,while that of protochrysalis,deutochrysalis and adults was estimated to be 0℃.
