芥菜氨基酸含量及成分的遗传分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用双亲本杂交设计法,研究了芥菜氨基酸含量及成分的遗传。结果表明,芥菜氨基酸总量表现为数量遗传性状,世代均值分析表明符合“加性显性”效应模型,加性方差明显高于显性方差,控制该性的基因表现加性效应和不完全显性效应,至少有2对有效基因控制氨基酸含量,遗传力不高(H^2_B=51.60%,H^2_N=42.20%)。各种氨基酸含量的遗传表现与氨基酸总量的表现相似,在品质育种方法上,宜采取重组育种法,在晚期世代进行选择可能会收到良好的效果。 A genetic analysis of the contents and composition of amino acids invegetable mustard(Brassica juncea)with two parent cross design andmethod revealed that the total amino acid content of the crop is characterizedby quantitative inheritance.The mean data in different generations fittedwell with the additive-dominant effect gene model.This trait showed alarger additive variance than its dominance variance and was supposedto be controlled by two pairs of additive and partial dominant genes.Itsheritability was low(H_B=51.60%,H_N=42.20%).The genetic parametersof various amino acids were similar to those of total amino acid content.It is suggested that application of recombination breeding may be desira-ble in breeding for improved quality.Selection for amino acid contentmade in later generations is recommended.
