摘要
一种介于瞬变能源与缓变能源特性之间的特殊大容量脉冲能源系统 ,其主要特性是电压 5~ 2 5k V,最大电流 3~ 1 0 m A,放电脉冲 40~ 2 0 0 μs.由于现有大功率放电开关的性能限制 ,脉冲能源系统基本上采用单元式模块化的放电网络结构 ;因此 ,工作负载上的电流波形优化不仅依靠贮能模块的工作参数调节 ,而且更大程度上取决于程序放电组件的分时控制 .阐述了分时放电脉冲能源系统实现梯形放电波形所需的分时放电控制规律 ,对这种程控化脉冲能源在装填高压轻气体工质的加速器中的应用进行了分析 。
A type of programmable pulsed power supply (PPS) system with the voltage of 5~25 kV, the current of 3~10 mA and the duration of pulse of 40~200 μs for the electro thermal light gas launcher is described. The pulsed power supply system consists of separate capacitive modules, which are controlled by start switches. To optimize the current of the load, the method of controlling the switches has been studied, and the laws for obtaining current pulses with the trapezoid shape is present. As the application of the pulsed power supply system, three types of discharge arc were considered and the oscillograms of a test are presented.
