摘要
旋转机械振动信号整周期采样时 ,计算采样脉冲输出频率的方法一般是把这一转的转速作为下一转的转速来计算 ,这样 ,当机组转子为匀变速或变速运动时整周期采样脉冲输出频率误差较大 .为了减少或补偿这种误差 ,提出了一种利用转速预估的方法 ,即用上一转和这一转的转速 ,通过拉格朗日线性插值 ,来估计下一转的转速 ,再以估计的转速计算采样脉冲输出频率 .给出了转速预估公式 ,通过一阶泰勒展开 ,推导出了适合单片机计算的近似预估公式 。
During complete period sampling of vibration signals in rotating machinery, the existing method for computing the sampling frequency takes the rotor present turn's angular velocity as the next turn's. When the angular velocity change is relatively large, the error of the sampling frequency increased. To reduce the error, a method for prediction angular velocity was provided. If the rotor last turn's angular velocity and the present turn's were known, to predict the next turn's, Lagrange interpolation method was used. The predicted angular velocity was takeras the next turn's to compute the sampling frequency. A formula for angular velocity prediction and an approximate one for which a single chip can be used were deduced.
