摘要
目的 :分析中国版简易精神状态检查表 (CMMSE)和日常生活能力量表 (ADL)在河南农村地区的应用特点。方法 :对 5 0岁以上共 164 88名农村人群进行阿尔茨海默病 (AD)筛查 ,采用CMMSE和ADL评定量表为工具。结果 :160 95名完成了CMMSE ,847名为CMMSE阳性 ,其中 2 83名符合DSM -IV关于AD的诊断 ;CMMSE的敏感度为 95 9% ,特异度 96 4%。 16192人完成ADL ,44 2名阳性 ,10 7人符合DSM -IV关于AD的诊断 ,敏感度为 3 5 5 % ,特异度为 97 9%。结论 :CMMSE在中国农村地区用于AD筛查有较好的适用性 。
Objective: To study the applicability of MMSE-Chinese version (mini-mental state examination) in rural area of north China Method: 16488 aged 50 or above in a cohort study in Henan province were screened with CMMSE and ADL (activity of daily living) Results: 16095 of the total sample completed CMMSE The cut-off point changed with different level of education, i e 17/18 for illiterate, 20/21 for primary school, and 24/25 for middle school 847 of the 16095 subjects were positive in this screen, 283 of them met for the diagnosis of Alzheimer disease of DSM-IV The sensibility of CMMSE was 95 9%, the specificity was 96 4% In those (n=16192) completed ADL, 442 had scores lower than cut-off point 107 of them met criteria of Alzheimer disease Conclusion: The sensitivity and specificity of CMMSE are satisfying and CMMSE is applicable in rural area of north China
