摘要
目前我国信息资源的利用率比较低 ,原因在于信息资源规划的不得法。本文分析了信息资源规划的重要性及其难度 。
Now the utilization radio of Chinese information resource is very low,the reason is the improper information resource project.The paper analyses the importance and difficulty of information resource project,then points out some countermeasures.
