摘要
应用环氧树脂及JB-4塑料薄切片法对矮生菜豆的胚珠进行了组织学及组织化学研究。胚囊的珠孔端及合点端具有传递细胞型壁内突,珠被、珠心及胚囊中均有大量贮藏淀粉粒。珠心组织明显地分为两个区域,其中心区域具有营养运输功能。胚珠的合点端是营养进入胚囊的主要通道。
The ovule of Phaseolus vulgaris L. is studied with histological andhistochemical methods. There are many starch grains in the embryosac, nucellus and the integument. Wall ingrowths of the transfer celltype occurred at the micropylar and chalazal end of the embryo sac.The nucellus consists of two obvious regions. the central region maybe the pathway of metabolite into the embryo sac. It is concluded thatthe chalazal end of the ovule is the main pathway of available foodmaterial into the embryo sac.
