摘要
以玉米幼苗叶片为材料,研究了不同环境条件与幼苗叶片中NiR活力之间的关系,并与NR进行了比较。结果表明;NiR与NR同样会受到各种环境因子的影响,但NiR对某些外界条件的反应比NR缓慢,证明它在植物体内比较稳定,这可能与NR定位于叶绿体有关。
Taken maize seedling leaves as materials, the relationships between various environmental factors and the activity of NiR in seedling leaves are discussed and compared with the activity of NR. The results showed that it is in the same way as NR that a variaty of environmental factors have effects on NiR, but NiR is slower to the effects than NR. So NiR is stable in maize leaves. This is probably related to that NiR locates within the chloroplast.
