摘要
阐述了备件管理是企业中重要环节，指出了某铜矿电动轮汽车备件管理中存在的问题，研究了电动轮汽车备件消耗规律及预报方法，给出了其备件更换周期、今明两年用量的计算公式，对制订电动轮汽车的备件计划具有现实意义，并在实践中得到了应用，取得了较好的经济效益。
The paper expounds that the spare parts management is the key link in a enterprise, points out the existing problems in management of the spare parts of electric drive truck in a copper mine, studies the spare parts consumption law and its forecasting method about a electric truck, and gives the computing formulae of spare parts replaced period and amount needed in this and next years, which have practical meaning for working out a spare parts plan about electric drive truck, and which can be applied to practice and achieve good economic yield.
