摘要
提出了一种运用于能量色散X射线荧光光谱 (EDXRF)分析技术中元素光谱强度和含量计算的新方法—多元素拟合算法。算法充分考虑了元素间的相互影响 ,对一系列成分已知的样本光谱数据多元素拟合 ,计算出主元素的光谱强度 ,再根据强度和含量的线性、非线性关系计算出成分未知的样本中各元素的含量。实验结果表明 ,这种方法较好地改善了其它的计算方法误差大的缺点 ,具有较高的准确度。
A new method-multi parameter fitting arithmetic, which is applied to energy distinct X-ray fluorescence to measure an element's intensity, is presented. The arithmetic satisfactorily calculates the effect between elements. And using the arithmetic, main element's fluorescence intensity can be measured. Then unknown-element content can be computed based on linear or nonlinear relation between intensity and content. Practical results show that this method is of minorer error than methods else, and of high accuracy.
