摘要
为了对投资项目作出科学的经济评价,本文从企业、国民收入、社会效益和社会效果四个方面建立了一套投资项目评价指标体系。然后,运用模糊数学中的有关理论,提出了投资项目备选方案选优的新方法。并通过示例说明该法的具体应用步骤。
In order to make a scientific economy evaluation of a investment projest, first of all, this paper, by analysing enterprise, national income, social benefit, and social result, establishes a set of evaluation target system of investment project. Then, a new method of selecting optimization of investment project schemes is proposed by using fuzzy sets theory. Finally, an example is given to show the concrete procedure in the application of the method.
