摘要
利用相移测量了单模As2 S3 光纤在 1 5 5 μm附近的色散。测量结果显示 ,As2 S3 光纤的材料色散为- 39ps/ (km·nm)。特殊的色散特性 ,预示了硫系光纤及其器件广阔的应用前景。
The dispersion characteristic of chalcogenide fiber is studied. By using phase shift method the dispersion characteristic of single mode As 2S 3 fiber around 1.55 μm is measured. The measurement result shows the strong dispersion being about -39 ps/(km·nm) at communication wavelength of 1.55 μm. Chalcogenide fibers have promising market as a dispersion compensation device with such good performance.
