摘要
采用电子显微镜和光学显微镜对一横向断裂钢轨进行了宏、微观检验。结果表明 ,钢轨断裂起源于轨底一侧轨脚外伤缺陷处 。
A rail of transverse fracture was examined by the electronic microscope and optical microscope. The results show that the facture was originated in one side of the rail bottom where the rail was cut wcth ethyne flame. The depth of martensite and ledeburite in the area of fracture initiation was up to 3mm. Therefore the rail fracture was due to the formation of the hard and brittle martensite and ledeburite caused by an unsuitable flame cutting with ethyne.
