摘要
本文结合岩石—钻头相互作用模型,应用两维底部钻具组合(BHA)力学特性分析程序(用半解析法求解,文中略)分析结果,分析计算了钻头各向异性指数对有效钻力的影响;并根据三种典型的增/降/稳斜钻具组合的力学分析结果具体计算了不同钻头各向异性指数对有效侧向钻力的影响,并据此结果作出了相应的关系曲线,进而分析了钻头各向异性指数对井眼轨迹的影响,得出了具有不同钻头各向异性指数值钻头对钻具组合力学特性的影响规律。
Based on the rock-bit interaction model and by making use of the two dimensional mechanics characteristics analysing program and results of a bottom hole drilling assembly(BHDA), this paper analyses and computes the effect of different bit anistropy indices on the effective drilling force, and particularly computes the influence of different bit anistropy indices on the effective lateral drilling force according to the mechanics analysing results of three typical building/dropping/holding slanting BHDA. Corresponding correlative curves have been drawn. Further analyses of the effect of bit anisotropy indices on wellbore track are made. Rules of different bit anisotropy indices affecting the mechanics characterisitcs of BHDA have been obtained.
