摘要
测井仪器数据采集系统的采样频率、A/D转换位数的选取以及为保证测量精度所涉及的有关电路参数的确定决定了仪器获取地层资料的质量。本文推导了这些参数的有关设计原则。
The quality of the formation data obtained by the logging tool depends on the A/D conversion digit number for the sampling rate of the data acquisition system and the relating circuit parameters which ensure the accuracy of the measurement. The designing principles for the parameters are reasoned out in this paper.
