摘要
用有限元法对 1台封头与筒体存在大错边的容器进行了应力分析 ,得出了应力在错边区域的分布 ,采用线处理法对有限元计算结果进行了分类处理 ,并按照分析设计原理进行了强度评定 。
A stress analysis for the vessel existing big fault between head and cylinder has been made by means of FEM.Stresses distribution were obtained on fault area and the result of FEM were classified based on the method of stresses on a line. The structure was assessed according to the standard of stress analysis and the reference proof was provided for safety run of the vessel.
