摘要
目的 :比较国产与进口非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压病的疗效。方法 :国产非洛地平组 6 4例(男性 4 0例 ,女性 2 4例 ,年龄 6 7.8a±s1.3a) ,用国产非洛地平缓释片 5～ 10mg ,po ,qd× 8wk治疗 ;进口非洛地平组 6 4例 (男性 38例 ,女性 2 6例 ,年龄6 8.9a± 1.3a)用进口非洛地平缓释片 5～ 10mg ,po ,qd× 8wk治疗。结果 :国产和进口非洛地平缓释片降压总有效率分别为 94 %和 95 % ,2组疗效差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,不良反应发生率国产组 16 % ,进口组 14% ,差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :国产与进口非洛地平缓释片有相似的降压效果 。
AIM: Domestic felodipine extended release tablets (ER) vs imported felodipine ER in treating hypertension. METHODS: Sixty-four patients (M 40, F 24; age 67.8 a±s1.3 a) received domestic felodipine ER 5-10 mg, po,qd for 8 wk. Another sixty four patients (M 38, F 26;age 68.9 a±1.3 a) received imported felodipine ER 5-10 mg, po, qd for 8 wk. RESULTS: The clinical total effective rate of domestic felodipine ER group was 94 %, without significant difference with that of imported felodipine ER group (95 %) (P>0.05). Adverse reactions of domestic felodipine ER group were the same as those of imported felodipine ER group (16 % vs 14 %, P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Domestic felodipine ER is an effective and safe drug in treating hypertension as well as the imported one.
