摘要
提出了利用扭振信号通过自适应算法来辨识柴油机单缸熄火故障的新方法 .将柴油机气缸压力分为作功冲程和非作功冲程两部分 ,用作功系数来描述作功冲程压力的大小 .把作功系数代入扭振计算方程可以计算出扭振角位移 ,用计算扭角位移和测量的扭角位移相减得到误差 ,再用误差不断调节作功系数并使得误差达到最小 ,最后得到的作功系数就可以代表各个气缸的燃烧情况 .该方法对柴油机熄火故障能够定性和定位诊断同时进行 .本文结合成熟的扭振计算程序对实验结果进行了辨识 ,结果表明该方法有效可行 .
Assuming that the pressure in a cylinder can be divided into two parts: one part is due to compression/expansion and the other is due to combustion, combustion pressures are multiplied by combustion_factors to account for variable cylinder loads,and torsional vibration can be therefore calculated using this simple gas mode. The measured and calculated responses can be compared to get an error. Combustion_factors can be adjusted by the error to make the error least, and the faulty cylinder can also been identified by using this new method at the same time. The results of recognition prove this method satisfactory.
