摘要
以船舶非桁架结构形式的全封闭型隐身桅杆作为研究对象 ,利用比利时LMS公司的SCADAIII数据采集器及CADA -X信号分析系统和华东电子仪器厂制造的YD - 15动态应变仪对其进行强度试验 .并利用美国ANSYS大型结构分析软件 ,以三维有限元模型为基础 ,利用三维有限元方法 ,对其进行强度计算 .用强度实验获得的数据和有限元法获得的计算结果作比较 ,从而验证三维有限元法的可靠性 ,并获得了一些关于这种复杂结构形式的桅杆强度的有意义的研究成果 ,可供隐身桅杆的设计提供参考 .
The strength of a totally_enclosed and body_concealed mast of non_truss structure for ship use was tested using SCADAIII data collecting implement and CADA_X signal analysis system from Belgian LMS and YD_15 dynamic strain indicator made in HUADONG electronic instrument factory,and the strength was calculated using ANSYS structural analysis software, a 3_D finite element model and FEM. The reliability of the 3_D finite element method is verified by comparing the data obtained from strength test with the calculated results obtained from FEA. Some meaningful results about the strength of the masts are obtained.
