摘要
本文介绍以 FLEX10K器件为虚拟集成仪器核,辅之以模拟输入电路,借助Delphi5.0实现操作界面和软件设计,由PC机完成对幅度为50MV-10V、频率为1Hz-10MHz的正弦波、方波、三角波等周期信号,完成10-5 以上精度的全自动化测濒、计数和单一脉冲计时测量的设计与实现。
We discuss a virtual instruments with the FLEX10K Device in the paper which can fulfill testing frequency. counting and timing signal pulse. Tne meter is assisted with analogue input circuits and controlled by PC. By means of Del- phi 5.0 the man-computer interface is realizing. Ihe signals such as sine wave, square wave and triangular wave etc. are tested automatically with the precision of 10 -5, whose voltage range all the way from 50mV to 10V and frequency from I Hz to 10MHz. Trie instruments' design and realizing are also given.
