摘要
通过采用SE9100视觉系统的库函数和AML/2语言编程,对图像(如圆(有孔圆和无孔圆)、椭圆、正多边形、齿轮等)特征及其参数进行识别。在机械制造业中,SE9100视觉系统的图像识别结果可用于引导机器人完成零件的检验、搬运、装配等任务。
The features and parameters of images, such as circle or circle with a hole, ellipse, polygan, gear and etc. are identified by the programs of the library functions of SE9100 Vision System and AML/2 language. The identified results may be used in the detection, moving and assembly of parts in the mechanical manufacturing.
