摘要
目的:研究中药健乳灵对乳腺增生病疗效。方法:本实验采用普通级大鼠45只,随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组和治疗组。用苯甲酸雌二醇(estradiol benzoatis)和黄体酮(progesterone)诱导大鼠发生乳腺增生(mammaryglandhyperplasia,MGH),用健乳灵 (Jianruling)治疗60天。观察乳头高度、乳腺组织结构、测定体内生殖激素水平。结果:治疗组动物血液中的垂体促乳素(prolactin)、促卵泡生成素(folliclestimulatinghormone,FSH)和雌二醇(estradiol)与模型对照组比较均有所降低(P<0.05或P<0.0l),孕酮(progesterone)和促黄体素(luteinizinghormone,LH)有所升高(P<0.05)。治疗组动物的第二、第三对乳头高度已明显低于模型对照组(P<0.01),并与正常对照组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:健乳灵在一定程度上可以调整体内垂体-性腺的激素分泌活动;并对乳腺增生病大鼠的乳腺组织的改良作用。
Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Jianruling on mammary gland hyperplasia( MGH ). Methods: 45 conventional SD female rats were randomly divided into three groups: the normal control, the model control and the treatment group. The model of MGH was induced by injecting rats with estradiol benzoatis and progesterone. Rats in the normal control group received saline injection only and the treatment group was treated with Jianruling for 60 days. The height of teats, levels of serum reproductive hormones were measured and the changes of histological structure of the mammary glands were examined. Results: It was shown that the levels of serum rolactin,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol in the treatment group were significantly lower(P <0.05 or P < 0. 01) , while luteinizing hormone ( LH) and progesterone higher ( P < 0. 05 or .P < 0. 01) than that in the model control group. The heights of 2nd and 3rd pairs of teats in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared to that in the model control group( P <0. 01 ) but similar to that in the normal control geoup( P >0. 05) . Conclusion: The results suggest that Jianruling can modulate the secretive function of pituitary-ovarian and exert obvious ameliorative effects on histological structure of mammary glands in MGH rats.
