摘要
青年人才资源开发是我国人才资源开发的重要组成部分。在青年人才资源开发的实践中,可以建立起四种机制,即培养使用机制、流动配置机制、激励竞争机制和政策服务机制,以达到更快更好地开发青年人才的目的。
Youth talent resources are the most important in the talent resources development in our county. During the course of development four systems can be founded.They are development and appointment system,floating arrangement system,competition encouragment system, and the system of service in policy. Therefore, we can develop youth talent resources better.
