摘要
零件可制造性能评价是进行并行设计的重要组成部分 ,它包括零件结构工艺性、制造方便性等。智能体 (agent)是新兴的AI技术。本研究在设计开发零件可制造性评价原型系统中 ,应用了agent技术并着重实现了其自主性和自学习性等特性。在认知过程中 ,知识和信念是有区别的 ,通过人机交互及信念库和知识库相互转换更新 ,使系统能自我完善。
Manufacturing evaluation is an important part of the concurrent design. It includes part structure and design methods appraise. agent is a new technique in the AI. In this paper, the function structure and design methods of manufacturing evaluation base on agent are discussed, and the self study and self determination of the agent are displayed.There are differences between knowleage and the belief.The knowledge can be modified and improved through the updating of knowledge and belief database.Some examples such as the parts of gear box are present also.
