摘要
影响市场结构的因素很多,集中度是其中的一个主要因素。根据中国证券业的实际情况,从证券业规模集中度和市场集中度两个方面进行研究,并通过与国外发达国家证券业集中度对比研究,分析中国证券市场的垄断、竞争程度,提出中国证券市场结构发展的思路。
The concentration is an important factor among the factors affecting the market structure.This article emphasizes the analysis of the concentration in the scale of securities industry and the concentration in securities market both based on the China securities industry.Also this paper will study the monopolization degree and competitive state of the securities market in China through the comparative analysis between the concentration of securities industry in developed countries and China,and generate the right way of the securities market structure evolvement.
