摘要
本文概述曲酸国内外研究生产及应用现状,重点阐述曲酸在食品和日用化妆品中的作用机理,并介绍曲酸在食品和化妆品中的应用及配方,为曲酸产业化升级起到推动作用。
We summarized the current research and producing of kojic acid in domestic and overseas, emphasis on its mechanism in food and cosmetics production. We also introduced some applying and prescription of kojic acid using in food and cosmetics.
