文章介绍了内燃机活塞加工中精镗销孔可调夹具的巧妙设计和定位原理 ,并通过对初始状态的预先设定 ,举例说明其方便快捷的调整方法。该设计具有缩短产品开发周期 ,显著提高产品加工质量等优点 。
s:The ingenious design and positioning principle of an adjustable workholder in precision pin_hole boring for diesel piston is introduced, and its easy and quick adjusting way is discussed by giving some examples through presetting the initial condition. The design can shorten the lead time for product, improve apparently the machining quality, is applicable for application of production lines with frequent products exchanging.
