摘要
本文在桨前有预旋流动时的试验分析方法的基础上,考虑了将预旋度由表观轴向伴流分数中分离后所导致的运动特征参数的变换及效率关系的转换,对螺旋桨常规设计方法中的一系列计算系数进行了相应的修正,提出了有预旋流时的螺旋桨设计方法,并通过计算实例与螺旋桨常规设计方法进行了比较。
On the basis of experimental analysis of a screw propeller running in rear of preswirling flow, the authors take into consideration the degree of preswirl separated from the apparent axial wake fraction which leads to the alteration of the kinematical characteristic parameters as well as the transformation of the efficiency relation. A series of calculating coefficients are relatively modified for a normal screw design and a method for preswirl screw design is developed. Comparisions between the two methods are also made by examples in the paper.
