摘要
在金刚石工具制造中,人们一直主要使用纯钴作为包缚和粘接金刚石磨粒的胎体材料。由于Co是贵重金属而使生产成本居高不下。针对这种情况,本文提出用国外成本较低的NEXT合金及其添加剂替代纯钴,并用激光焊接成成品做对比实验。首先用LSM240全自动激光焊接机进行焊接,然后对材料力学性能、激光焊接工艺参数、焊缝显微组织和切割实验数据等进行分析。发现:使用NEXT合金后,焊缝气孔率约为8%、强度1800Mpa,胎体材料对金刚石磨粒的包缚力增强,金刚石工具的使用寿命提高了一倍多、同时金刚石容易出刃,锋利度较好。实验表明用NEXT合金代替纯钻有很好的工业应用前景。
In manufacturing of diamond tools, pure - cobalt is, primarily, used for holding diamond grits as the matrix so that the cast of this kind of product is high and instable because of the cobalt as an expensive metal. NEXT alloy, an import PM with relatively low price, is introduced to be the substitute for Co, in this paper. In order to show the difference between these two kinds of powder materials, several diamond tools were welded using LSM 240 full -automatic laser welding machine. After analyses the mechanics performance、welding technics parameters、 microstruc-ture and cutting performance datum, it is showed that the rate of porosity is about 8%、strength up to 1800Mpa and NEXT can be enhanced the hold force so much that the diamond tools can be used for a longer time.
