摘要
研究 4 2 Mn2 V和 4 0 Mn2 V钢在不同冷却条件下的相变温度和组织 ,分析荒管连轧后中间冷却终止温度和冷却速度、再加热温度对套管的奥氏体晶粒组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明 :中间冷却过程中奥氏体完全分解 ,以及合理的在线常化加热温度是改善套管冲击韧性的关键。对 4 2 Mn2 V钢在线常化工艺生产N 80级石油套管 。
The effect of speed,terminating temperature of intermediate cooling and reheating temperature of normalizing on the austenite grain size and mechanical properties have been studied By measuring transformation temperature and microstructure of 42Mn2V and 40Mn2V steels cold with different speeds,it is found that the complete austenite decomposition during the intermediate cooling and the proper on line normalization temperature are the vital factors for impact toughness The optimal control parameters of on line normalization have been given for producing 42Mn2V N80 grade oil casings
