摘要
目的 :对耳带状疱疹的诊断、治疗方法及疗效进行探讨。方法 :对我院 1990年至 2 0 0 1年收治的 2 7例耳带状疱疹的诊断、治疗方法及疗效进行回顾性分析 ,其诊断主要根据耳周疱疹、耳痛、患侧面瘫及内耳神经症状 ,全部病例行扩张血管、抗病毒、营养神经及对症等治疗 ,2 1例行早期激素治疗。结果 :治愈 12例 ,有效 10例 ,无效 5例。结论 :耳带状疱疹预后良好 。
Objective:To study the diagnosis,treatment methods and effect of Ramsay Hunt syndrome.Method:Twenty-seven patients in our hospital from 1990 to 2001 were analysed.Diagnosis basis of these patients were bleb around ear,ear pain,facioplegia of the ill side and nerves symptoms of inner ear.All patients were treated by drugs expanding blood vessel,anti-virus,nourishing nerves,heteropathy and so on.Twenty-one patients were treated with hormone in early stage.Results:In the 27 cases,12 cases were cured,10 cases were improved and 5 cases were inefficient.Conclusion:Prognosis of Ramsay Hunt syndrome are favourable,early diagnosis and treatment can improve the cure rate.
