摘要
由于世界人口迅速增长,食品资源特别是蛋白资源相对缺乏.近30年来,国内外许多研究机构对棉子的利用做了大量的研究工作,并取得一定进展.本课题是采用全新的溶剂系统,对棉子(米丕)的去毒和取油进行实验室研究,经两年多的试验,取得满意结果.
The food resource especially protein resource has become relatively short since the population in the world is increasing rapidly. In recent 30 years, a lot of researches on making the use of cotton seeds have been done in many researching Organizations both at home and abroad, and have been developed to a certain extent. In this problem, a research on the detoxification and oil extraction of cotton-seed flakes with a completely new solvent system is done in the laboratory. And it takes more than 2 years of the experiment to get a satisfactory result.
