摘要
介绍白银有色金属公司冶炼厂 2 #圆盘浇铸取板机组的设计和工作运行情况。 2 #浇铸机的圆盘本体设计采用中心定位 ,周边支承 ,垂直受力 ,框架结构。投入生产运行以来一直正常稳定 ,生产出的铜阳极板 ,荡边及飞边毛刺彻底消失 ,表面物理规格达全优。圆盘定位准确 ,自动取板率达 98%以上 ,劳动强度大幅降低 。
The design and operation of taking off device of casting wheel in Baiyin Copper Smelter is described. Central position fixing, circumambient supporting,vertical bearing,and frame structure are applied to design of 2 # noumenon of casting wheel. It runs normally and stably since putting into production,burr on side and bottom edges of cathode copper disappears completely, and the surface physical specifications is the first rate. The position fixing of wheel is correct, and the rate of automatically taking off is up to 98%. The labour intensity is decreased greatly, but the efficiency of production is increased evidently.
