摘要 采用制粒堆浸工艺处理刚果 (民 )Ruashi和Etoile的浮选尾矿。制粒后矿堆的渗透速率大于 10 0L·m- 2 ·h- 1 ,满足堆浸的要求。控制浸出条件 ,经分步浸出 ,分别获得含铜 10g/L以上的富铜液和含钴 3 g/L以上的富钴液 ,用于生产 1#电铜和氧化钴或其他钴产品。酸法制粒堆浸技术 。 Tailings from Ruashi and Etoile, Congo(D) are treated by agglomerating and leaching process. The permeability of heap is higher than 100 L·m -2 ·h -1 with acidic agglomeration, it is adequate for heap leaching. The pregnant solutions, copper and cobalt contained more than 10g/L and 3g/L, are produced by multi stage leaching at the certain conditions. Copper metal can be produced from copper solution by SX EW process. The cobalt oxide or other product is obtained from the cobalt solution. The copper and cobalt can be recovered from tailings of Ruashi and Etoile by agglomerating and leaching process.
