摘要
详细分析了摇架式凸轮轴磨床凸轮轮廓的数控成形原理。并根据三种不同的从动件情况 ,分析推导了凸轮磨削成形所需的主轴角位移与摇架摆角的数学关系及采用恒线速磨削时主轴角位移与主轴转速的数学关系。
In this paper, the theory of cam profiling by CNC swing type camshaft grinder is analyzed. For three different kinds of followers, the algorithm model for cam grinding involving the spindle angular displacement and swing angle, and algorithm model involving the spindle angular displacement and spindle rotating speed by constant peripheral velocity grinding.
