摘要
作者研究了组成变化对Al_2TiO_5-Al_2O_3系材料性能的影响。结果表明:Al_2TiO_5在10—70%范围内,随着Al_2TiO_5含量的增加:①常温抗折强度下降;②高温(1400℃)抗折强度上升;③Al_2TiO_5〈50%,抗蠕变性下降,Al_2TiO_5〉50%,反之;④抗热震性提高。
The effect of change in Al_2TiO_5 content on the properties of the refractorids of Al_2TiO_5- A1_2O_3 series is studied.The study shows:Within the range of Al_2TiO_5 from 10% to 70%: (1)the bending resistance decreases with the content at ordinary temperatures and (2) increases at high temperature(1400℃); (3)the creeping resistance decreases when Al_2TiO_5 50% and increases when A1_2TiO_5 50%; (4)the thermal shock resistance increases.
