摘要
本文研究了异源细胞质对中国春小麦主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明:野生二粒小麦、栽培二粒小麦、高大山羊草、节节麦、柱穗山羊草、偏凸山羊草、粗厚山羊草、牡山羊草、瓦维洛夫山羊草、拟斯卑尔脱山羊草、沙融山羊草、卵圆山羊草、无芒山羊草等异质材料都具有较好的遗传效应;其中卵圆山羊草、拟斯卑尔脱山羊草等异质材料的蛋白质含量明显高于对照中国春。因此,核质杂种优势是有利用价值的,
The effect of allen cytoplasms on the major agronomic characters of Chinese Spring Wheat has been studied. The results indicate that the alien cytoplasms of T. dicoccoides spont, T. dicoccum, Ae.longisima, Ae.squarrosa, Ae. cylindrica, Ae. ventricosa, Ae. crassa, Ae. juvenalis, Ae.vavilovii, Ae. speltoides, Ae. sharonensis, Ae. ovata and Ae. mutica possess better genetic efffects. The allen cytoplasms of Ae.ovata, Ae.speltoides, and so on, contain higher content of protein than the control ones. Therefore, they are valuable cytoplasmic materials for the heterosis of nucleus-cytoplasm hybrids.
