摘要
在力化学法钛白聚苯乙烯固相接枝改性工艺的基础上 ,应用多种检测手段研究了力化学法钛白聚苯乙烯固相接枝改性的机理 ,并建立了钛白表面聚苯乙烯接枝模型 ,认为力化学法钛白聚苯乙烯固相接枝改性的机理主要是自由基聚合反应。
Based on the technology of titanium dioxide solid phase grafting modification with polystyrene by mechano chemistry, the modification mechanisms were studied by many measurements and methods, such as IR, XPS, SEM, GPC, TG DTA, Centrifugal settlement, etc. The polystyrene grafting model on the surface of titanium dioxide has been set up and the following conclusions were reached from the above studies: (1) under the action of mechanical force, macromolecular free radicals of PS are created, at the same time, the O-O bonds of titanium bioxide are broken and the oxide free radicals produced. The numbers of oxygen atom are increased and crystal lattice defects containing many electron are formed in the surface of titanium bioxide; (2) the radical polymerization is the main reaction with a side reaction of anion polymerization between PS and titanium bioxide and C-O bonds form in the process of modification; (3) there also exists multi sites chemical adsorption besides grafting between PS and titanium bioxide.
