摘要
目的:用薄层扫描法对龙胆泻肝丸中马兜铃酸进行定量分析。方法:双波长反射法锯齿扫描,λ_S=395nm,λ_R=500nm;狭缝宽度:0.4 mm×0.4 mm;线性化器:SX=3;展开剂:苯-甲醇-36%醋酸(17:2:0.2)。结果:马兜铃酸标准曲线线性范围0.9~4.5μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率96.78%(n=6)。结论:方法准确,回收率好。
Objective: Determination of aristolochic acid in Longdanxiegan pilis by TLCS. Method: Dual wave-length refleclion zigzag scanning was performed; λs =395 nm, λR =500 nm; slit width; 0.4 mm × 0. 4 mm; linear parameter: SX=3; developing solvent; benzene - methanol - acetic acid 36% (17: 2:0.2). Results: The Standard curve for aristolochic acid was linear in the range 0. 9 - 4. 5 μg (r = 0. 999 8 ). The average recovery is 96. 78% (n =6). Conclusion: This method is accurate with good recovery.
