摘要
介绍了一个基于地理信息系统 (GIS)的配电网优化规划软件包的总体结构、主要算法和实现的功能 ,并重点介绍了图形界面的实现原理。该软件包用VisualC + +开发 ,具有界面友好 ,便于人工干预规划结果等特点 ,对GIS在电力系统中的应用做了新的尝试。经实际算例测试表明 ,本软件包实现了GIS的基本功能 ,计算迅速、准确。
The general architecture, main algorithms and implemented functions of an optimization software package for distribution network planning based on GIS are introduced. The principle of graphic interface implementation is emphasized.It is developed with Visual C++. It has a friendly interface for easy manual intervention in the planning results. It is an application of GIS to power system.Some practical examples show that the basic functions of GIS have been realized and the planning results can be quickly, correctly and steadily obtained.
