摘要
本文分析了人员考评所要考虑的因素及其具体内容,引入层次分析法来确定各因素的相对权重,采用二级模糊综合评判法来分析综合评判结果,得到了一个综合评判结果的唯一确定的数值,以便于对所考评的人员进行比较和排序,为人员考评的定量化提供了一种较为全面而且适用的方法。
In this paper,the authors analyze the factors and detailed contents of personnel evaluation.Then,they introduce AHP to determine the relative weights of every factor,and analyze the evaluation result by applying a two-phrase fuzzy mathematics judgement method.Finally,the only definite figure of comprehensive evaluation result is worked out,and it makes the comparison and ordering much easier.Hence,a more comprehensive and appropriate method of quantitative evaluation of personnel is given.
