摘要
介绍气体成分分析系统在济钢 2 5t转炉煤气自动回收系统中的应用情况 ,对该系统的构成原理及关键设备进行了简要介绍 ,并结合使用情况提出了在使用时应注意的问题。此系统的投运 ,不仅填补了煤气中成分浓度的实时检测空白 ,而且提高煤气回收的自动化水平 ,为总公司带来了明显的经济效益。
An application situation of gas analyzing system in gas automatic recovery of 25t BOF was introduced,including the forming principle and the key equipment of the system, and a proposal for use was given as well The technique not only fill in the gaps in the fields of real time detection for gas,but also raise automatic level of gas recovery to bring the notable economic benefit
