摘要
本文报告了以聚乙二醇(PEG)为添加物而进行的果蝇胚胎细胞无血清培养的研究,结果表明:PEG具有促进脂肪体细胞发育和细胞增殖的作用,并简单讨论了PEG的这种作用机理.
A serum-free culture method of Drosophila embryonic cells has been desiged.The culture medium is prepared through placing 1% polye-thyleneglycol(PEG)in M 3 (BF) medium. The cells grow well, and have experienced primary embryonic cell aud subculture in the medium at 25℃. The experiment shows the 'PEG' can accelerate the growth aud multip lication of Drosophila cell of in vitro.
