摘要
采用高温化学电池固体电解质的方法来测定碳饱和铁液中的硫含量。用 Zr O2 (Y2 O3)作为定硫传感器的固体电解质 ,将 Y2 O3+Y2 O2 S作为其辅助电极组成 A型定硫传感器 ;或用 Zr O2(Y2 O3) +Y2 O2 S直接作为固体电解质组成 B型定硫传感器。其电池形式分别为 :Mo,Cr2 O3+Cr|Zr O2 (Y2 O3) |Y2 O3+Y2 O2 S|[S]Fe,Mo;Mo,Cr2 O3+Cr|Zr O2 (Y2 O3) +Y2 O2 S|[S]F e,Mo。定硫实验结果表明 ,该定硫传感器所测电动势信号稳定、响应快、重现性好、持续时间长 ,准确度较高 ,是一种比较成功的定硫传感器。此外 ,还得到了在 15 83K下电动势与铁液中硫含量的关系。
The high temperature chemical cell was used for determining sulfur content in carbon saturated liquid iron. The powder of ZrO 2 (Y 2O 3) was acted as solid electrolyte, and the mixture of Y 2O 3 and Y 2O 2S was acted as its auxiliary electrode of A type determining sulfur sensors. The mixture of ZrO 2 (Y 2O 3) and Y 2O 2S was used as solid electrolyte of B type determining sulfur sensors directly. The experimental results on measuring sulfur concentration in cast iron indicated that the signal of these two kinds of sensors are stable. The sensors have fast response, good reproducibility, long continuous time, and high accuracy. The sulfur content in the cast iron was obtained at 1 583 K.
