摘要
介绍了日本沙迪克公司开发的采用直线电动机的电火花成形加工机的高灵敏度响应和高速抬刀性能 ,并与旋转电动机方式进行了对比试验。结果表明 ,直线电动机方式定位控制精度高、抬刀速度快、排屑效果好 ,能更有效防止短路发生 ,因而能提高加工速度和加工效率。
The performances of high responding sensitivity and high tool_lifting speed of the EDM machine driven by linear motor developed by Shadike Co. were introduced. A comparison test was made between the means of linear motor and rotating motor. The result shows that the means of linear motor results in high precision in location control, high tool_lifting speed and good scrap_removing result, and can effectively prevent short circuit so as to increase the machining speed and efficiency.
