摘要
对普通压力继电器的可靠性进行了详细分析 ,提出了保证压力继电器工作可靠的两种措施。为进一步提高可靠性 ,设计了一种压差式压力继电器 ,该压差式压力继电器将液压系统压力波动的影响降低到最小程度 ,其可靠性显著提高。
Based on the detailed reliability analysis for common pressure relay, two methods were proposed to reliably keep pressure relay work. A differential pressure relay was designed for improving its reliability and the influence of the pressure fluctuation in the hydraulic system. Thus, the reliability is remarkably improved.
